Last Updated: September 9, 2025These Messaging Terms & Conditions (the “Messaging Terms”) govern your participation in the text message programs offered by Vuori, Inc. and our subsidiaries or affiliates (collectively “Vuori,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By providing your telephone number, texting a keyword to our short code, or otherwise enrolling in or using our messaging programs (the “Program”), you agree to be bound by these Messaging Terms, as well as Vuori’s main Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
You expressly consent to receive recurring automated promotional, transactional, and personalized marketing text messages (e.g., SMS, MMS, RCS) from Vuori and our service providers sending these messages on our behalf. These messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, AI-assisted technology, or other automated systems to the mobile number you provide at sign-up or anytime thereafter. You agree that you consent to receive messages regardless of any state or federal time-of-day restrictions or the registration of your number on any Do Not Call list.
Your consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Your participation in the Program is completely voluntary.
2. Program Description
Vuori operates several text messaging programs, which may include:
- Promotional Messages: Recurring marketing and promotional messages, including new product announcements, special offers, and other advertisements.
- Cart Reminders: Reminders about items left in your online shopping cart.
- Transactional Messages: Updates, alerts, and information about your orders, shipments, and deliveries.
3. How to Opt-Out
You may opt-out of the Program at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, REVOKE, or OPT OUT to our short code or reply with one of these keywords to any message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time, final message confirming your opt-out request. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device unless you re-enroll in the Program.
You acknowledge that our text message platform may not recognize and respond to unsubscribe requests that do not include the exact keyword commands listed above, and you agree that Vuori and its service providers will have no liability for failing to honor such requests. If you are subscribed to multiple Vuori messaging programs, you must opt out of each program separately.
4. Message Frequency, Cost, and Support
- Frequency: Message frequency will vary. Vuori reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply. You are solely responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Please check your mobile plan for details.
- Support: For help with the Program, text the keyword HELP to our short code or email us at support@vuoriclothing.com.
5. SMS Abandoned Cart Disclosure
The website uses cookies to help keep track of items you put into your shopping cart including when you have abandoned your cart and this information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages via text message (e.g., SMS, MMS, RCS).
6. Third-Party Data Sharing
We will not share your opt-in to the Program or any other text message campaign (e.g., SMS, MMS, RCS) with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Information, including your opt-in or consent status, with third parties (e.g. service providers) that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.
7. Your Obligations & Duty to Indemnify
You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you must opt out of the Program with your old number and re-enroll with your new number.
If you intend to stop using the mobile number you used to subscribe to the Program, you agree to complete the opt-out process set forth above before ending your use of the number. YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD VUORI HARMLESS FROM ANY CLAIM OR LIABILITY RESULTING FROM YOUR FAILURE TO NOTIFY US OF A CHANGE IN YOUR INFORMATION, INCLUDING ANY CLAIMS UNDER THE TELEPHONE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT (47 U.S.C. § 227) OR SIMILAR STATE AND FEDERAL LAWS.
8. Carrier and Delivery Disclaimer
The Program may not be supported on all mobile devices or carriers, and our messages may not be deliverable in all areas. Vuori, its service providers, and the mobile carriers supported by the program are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
9. General Terms
- Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Messaging Terms at any time. We will post the revised version on our website and update the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Program following any changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
